I think they are closer than you are suggesting. They have a long way to go, but I think they will be in the thick of things come playoff time. Younger kids improving. Hopefully talented kids playing both ways. Better execution on defense. Taking lumps from powerhouse programs. The colonels could make it interesting by the end of the year!

This game could get ugly for our NKY team. Hope not though.

No disrespect to CCH, they are better than in recent years but X has an exceptionally talented team this year. I think they name their score.

That's probably being polite, but this will be a good game to prepare them for future games ahead.

Covington Catholic starts their death defying schedule after taking a loss in the first game against Ryle. Will the Colonels be able to withstand the strength and size of St. Xavier? Can they get an upset?

Brutal schedule will not make the W-L record look very good but hopefully this will prepare Cov Cath for the 5A playoffs.

Looking at prediction poll...... just curious... the 2 votes for Covington Catholic at this point.... what their thought process was in picking CC? Interesting selection IMO.
