You know, having free speech is great but with that freedom one has a responsibility regarding what is being said. He ought to thank his lucky stars he lives in the US. In my opinion, this clown is no better than the Grand Wizard of the KKK or Nazi's Hitler.

The next trial I participate in will be my first so....

 

It appears he is protected by making it conditional. He says "If.....then....."

 

It's like saying "If a man touches my wife I will kill him" or "If any man defiles our women then you should kill him."

 

That "if" makes it legal.
