Clinton Email Saga Continues Part 2

Your problem is this: The GOP actually has to nominate someone to run against Mrs. Clinton. And when that happens, she might look real good by comparison.

I would be appalled if I were a Dem and was being told I only have one viable candidate to vote for.

Then again, I like thinking for myself.

Like you, I'd like to see more competition in the Democratic primary, but it is what it is, thanks in part to the high court's scuttling of campaign finance reform. I'm glad you think for yourself, but it doesn't help a whole lot when half of your GOP presidential candidates list "Clown College" as last school attended.

Better than a lying elitist.

I would take anyone on the Republican ticket over Hillary.

Like I said, I can think for myself. I don't need the national party to tell me who I must vote for.

It seems to be standard MO for the Dems now at all levels. The big wigs decide who they want to run, there's token opposition in the primary, try to out negative and obfuscate in the general because their policies are generally unpopular. In KY it started with the ALG senate run (after the first 2 choices turned them down), has continued with the JC governor run and on a national level with her highness Hillary and her coronation as the inevitable candidate. The party that supposedly favors the common man certainly seem to feel that the common man can't think for themselves and must have a elitist political class select "suitable" candidates for them.

I predict Hillary is out of the election all together by the end of the 2015. Biden is definitely running. Obama will most likely endorse him which will be a big blow to Hillary. The investigation over the emails will keep going on. Maybe it is just wishful thinking as there are few people I like less than Bill and Hillary but I think she will bow out. If the heat gets really bad, she may cite health reasons to save face...

Yes, it certainly does sound like wishful thinking on your part. Latest Quinnipiac polls out today paint a different picture. Crunch the numbers at your leisure.

Given what those numbers are showing it should be wishful thinking for the Dems.

Thus far the large majority of coverage has been focused on the GOP, so the closeness of some of these early projected match-ups doesn't concern me. Not much campaigning going on within the Democratic Party.

What should be troubling Republicans is that there's simply no buzz for any candidate not named Trump. You'd think by now that Paul, Rubio or Bush would be in the 30s in some of these state polls, but that ain't happening. No one is creating any excitement on the campaign trail other than Trump.

Not much campaigning by the Dems????? Have you been paying attention to the Hillary dog and pony show? What should be troubling the Democrats is that despite name recognition and the usual media fawn fest the leading dems are barely ahead of the R's. To know Hillary is to hate her and to know ol Joe is to laugh at him.

The D's have a SOCIALIST and an Alinsky worshipping, complete and utter criminal running for President.

The R's have a mix of candidates ranging from a neurosurgeon and the son of immigrants to governors, a successful female CEO and one of the most successful businessmen in the US.......

The R's are the narrow minded party though who has a clown show.....

And George W nearly flunked out of Clown College. Republicans should be ashamed of what their party has offered up in recent years... Michelle Bachmann and Sarah Palin excluded , of course. LOL
