I don't understand those people...lack of steak may be what keeps causing him to break down with soft tissue injuries.

Would that be any more in your face than what Tebow tries to do with his belief? Some may see it that way if he's going out of his way to "spread his lack of belief".

Did some people bash Tebow?? Yep. But I still say the amount of "bashing" is overstated. Tebow got more grief because he was a mediocre QB. The guy had one of the top selling jerseys and was one of the most popular players in the league, despite not being very good. I'd say his popularity is based more on his beliefs than his ability to play football.

 

I never had any issue with Tebow personally, but there were (and still are) an outspoken group of people who think he should be the starting quarterback for just about every team. So, that's what annoyed me about the Tebow situation. There were all of these long-winded arguments with his fan club about how such-and-such team should sign him or how he wasn't getting a fair shake.

For those of you that are offended/perturbed/upset every time an athlete gives Glory to God when being interviewed, should I assume that those 1,000's and 1,000's that that don't mention God are throwing their atheism in my face?

 

BTW I'm not offended when someone doesn't mention God in an interview nor I think less of them.

No doubt there are more the other way,you just asked if Foster was. Answer is yes. How do you feel about that? Are you as opposed to it as you are the other side doing it?

If Foster wants to talk about his atheism, who cares? None of us have to listen. If Tebow wants to preach Christianity, who cares? None of us have to listen. We all want the players to be open and honest with what they feel or think (heck the NFL MAKES them do interviews with the media even if they don't want to)...until we disagree and then we want them to shut up.
