As for you I have no idea, the only reference point I have is your incredibly high opinion of yourself. So if I'm forced to guess, and it's only a guess, I would say you and Trump share similar egos and he has a bigger bank account. Fair enough?

My point being, your earlier post was sort of a "how dare you insult a billionaire," like I'm supposed to somehow gasp and cower at the sight of some rich person as though they're more human than human because of their wealth.
August 3, 201511 yr Wow, that's really, really depressing. Please avoid any sharp objects, ropes, firearms and blunt instruments for a while. Also make sure your garage door is opened before you start your car. Do you think that the US is going to be able to dig out from under the mountain of debt that we have incurred? As a country we have been in debt forever, and it only seems that it gets worse with every year. Unless we are ready to stick to a budget and quit finding new ways to hand out money, I don't see how it gets any better. My comments on Trump's bankrupties provided experience for dealing with the nation being in debt was meant to be a bit of a joke. Unfortunaltey I foresee our nations debt increaseing regardless of who is ultimatley President.
August 3, 201511 yr Considering that the US is currently more than 18 trillion in debt, it would seem that that ship has sailed. Heck, maybe his multiple bankrupties could be valuable experience. Whats the worst that could happen, we end up 25 trillion in debt? What's the difference at this point. We will end up 25 trillion and more in debt without major, major changes. The numbers speak for themselves. Medicare spending drives debt. Debt drives interest to be repaid. These two elements alone are catastrophic in a few years. Just look at the CBO projections for HHS and Treasury department 'spending'. HHS is ACA driven and Treasury is interest on the debt driven. Both are on unsustainable curves, especially since the miiitary budget (the last big budget place to 'save' money in overall budget) has now been raided and reset. It was not enough. Untill someone takes away the credit card - actually stops buying US bonds at auction - the hole just gets deeper.
August 3, 201511 yr I mean I'm not even an Obama fan, but I agree with Jim. I've never understood how "community organizer" has always been used as such a derogatory term. When he originally ran I questioned his short tenure in the US Senate, but community organizer was his job over 30 years ago right after college prior to attending law school. Should the next president be called and intern or a waiter if (s)he held that job at one point years ago? Certainly if that was the focus of their accomplishments...prior to their political life. Wasn't Palin often called a pageant queen or some other reference to her past when she was on the ticket?

Not only do some in here believe it, they actually support him! As an aside: Another thing I find funny about this whole ordeal is any time anyone has the audacity to criticize Trump, they throw out, "He's better than Hilary". Who cares? If it's Donald vs. Hilary why would anyone with a brain vote for either of them? Vote 3rd party. That's the only way to actually change things.
