Nope, but it's clear from the video that he was the aggressor. He grabbed her wrist and wouldn't let her go when she tried to break free. That makes her attempted punch self-defense.

 

And if a woman does punch a guy, an actual man doesn't punch her back. That's what low-life cowards do.

Look at the tape again, uk#1fan. He has a tight grip on her right wrist. She is trying to break free from his grasp. Her swing at him with her left hand is her way of fighting back because she cannot break free from him. Notice that he then smacks her with his right hand, while still holding her with his left hand.
