With all your absurd stances on various issues, why would that be any different? :lol2: I'm not sure you realize how difficult a process it is to be employed full-time, especially at a company that has your mindset on working salaried employees unlimited hours, and trying to find and set up interviews for other jobs.

I actually do, ive been that employee before, that worked overtime hours/extra hours with no compensation because I was salary. (I actually was working part time at another job as well at that time.) I made the choice to leave that job and get a different one. You have to have the want to, in order to.

Your previous posts in this thread were calling into question the intelligence of people who are in those kind of jobs with responses such as "I'd have to question why you're still working there". That's pretty much saying just up and quit if you don't like it. It's a very tough process to go through.
June 30, 201511 yr Ontario has something similar for non-managerial salaried employees. On top of that, there is a cap on the amount of overtime hours a person can work.

They started talking taking tests and salary. I said no thanks and found another job. If that happened today though I'd be stuck. Sorry plantman it's a fleecing of middle class America by businesses.

June 30, 201511 yr No doubt that happens. One of the perks of being in an office, hourly or salaried. We do have to recognize the billions lost by business each year due to productivity losses.

I'm not complaining, I haven't worked over 40ish hours in a week in almost a year and I'm salaried. :lol2: I'm simply saying I can see where abuse of the salaried designation can happen. And yes, I post while I work. Part of the benefit of having 4 monitors and 2 computers. :lol2:
