June 16, 201511 yr They own everything. Just shows you owning property is the way to money because they are bad at running an actual business in those properties or making sure they make it viable for businesses to succeed in their properties.

June 17, 201511 yr From Eric Deters' Facebook Page: If any of you saw the news that I was sued by the restaurant tenant I had in Independence. I have to as I always do let you know the truth. It's beyond a joke!! The tenant Angelo's breached the lease and stopped paying while opening up the Walton DQ. I was sooooo good to these people. I let them pay only 6000 rather than 7400 in rent when they claimed they were struggling. They weren't they were buying with my rent money a new place. They never told me they were closing until someone told me they saw it on Facebook. So I took possession and did what any landlord would do. Changed the locks!! While I was changing the locks over Memorial Day weekend and weeks after they closed they showed up and asked me why I was changing locks. I said really? And they sue me!!! Lol they claim fraud. This is the first time and only time I have ever been accused of fraud and its defamatory. Also there lawyer? Larry Shelton who is a part time lawyer part time Kenton County cop!! Lol. Good story I got going isn't it. It gets better. He's the cop I fought in a cage fight!! Lol. It gets better. After PROMISING what I was going to do legally to him and his clients they backed off faster than Brad Cooper does to ugly models. Meanwhile I learn channel 9 news had the story!! They never called me!!! Lol and Larry tells me that he told them we are going to settle. Yeah. My terms!!! Lol. Folks it's hell being me. But always BDN as you know trust in me. I'll not fail you. I'm a sinner not a saint but I'm a good man. I don't steal cheat and commit fraud!! Lol my enemies hate that they can't beat me. That's their problem not mine. Lol. June 17, 201511 yr I didn't read the article, but unless a family restaurant can produce exceptional food at exceptional prices, they're going to struggle in that part of Independence regardless of the land owner. You don't have a high volume of lunch patrons due to the lack of businesses in the area. I'm not surprised by the closing of all the restaurants over the years.
