If you are ok with starting the last one at 10pm or later. There really isn't much wiggle room built into the schedule should weather be a problem.

Staff meeting at 2 to make a decision if possible so I'm guessing 3 pm start would be the earliest?

What is the absolute latest a high school contest can start? I thought there a rule pertaining to this.

Should just push it back a day. No reason to start at 10 or 11pm.
