April 17, 201511 yr If these guys don't inspire conversation and debate after their show goes off each day they have failed in the eyes of most. How boring of a show would it be if we agreed with Skip and Stephen A. everyday? I think a lot of it is schtick made up for TV...I've seen both of them other places and they both are much more sensible than they are on their own show.

I just don't watch it.
April 17, 201511 yr Author If I'm home, I'll watch the first few minutes to get a feel for the lead story and to see who the guests are. If the main topic is race, I will watch for sure as I enjoy listening to Stephen A. expound on the subject.
April 17, 201511 yr Stephen A. is opinionated but at least usually has some kinda logic behind what he says. Even if it is flawed most of the time. He's more annoying because he's so loud an animated about it most of the time. Skip Bayless is an idiot. There is no nice way to put it. He's a joke and a sideshow. He rarely makes any sense and it seems like he is usually simply trying to stir the pot.
April 18, 201511 yr The difference between the two IMO is that if Stephen A. says something, he believes it. With Skip, I am not so sure. Sometimes I get the feeling he is just trying to be provocative. I actually like Stephen A. a lot. While I don't always agree with him, he can usually back up what he says. I also think his views on race are often spot on. I honestly think he just speaks his mind and does not care if what he says makes black people happy or white people happy. I find it interesting that he is buddies with Sean Hannity...seems like the odd couple but I have heard him on Hannity recently and they seem to generally like and respect each other.

April 19, 201511 yr I like Stephen A so much more than Skip. I could have a beer anyday w/ Steven A. He seems to have a good sense of humor about himself. Skip seems like he is watching everyone else spin in his universe. I agree with this take. I would take Steven A. every time over Skip.
