I am 100% against this type of behavior but why does this broad deserve money? If people want to give they should give to a worthy cause not some girl who had an idiot customer go off on her. April 17, 201511 yr Wow - for a college education person, IMO she did not play it too smart when she was informed that she was being filmed. Looked at the camera with the smug look, coming across as one cocky and arrogant person and continuing on with her hatefulness. The tow lot employee gave her a chance to change her attitude when told she was being filmed, and she got worse. Amazing. I too would fire her. Her holier than though attitude needs to be taken down a bit it seems (at least based on this one piece of 'evidence') and maybe firing her would take care of it.

It happens everyday to people. Kidd Chris is a donkeys rear end. He is only doing this to try and promote his career. 99% of what he does is ridiculous. And I agree it stupid to donate money to this girl for doing her job. When you have a job where you deal with people, this stuff happens all the time - some yell and others do not.

In law school I clerked for a firm that represented exclusively creditors; a couple banks, several credit card companies, payday lenders, etc. The entry and exit system with at least two locked doors that had to be opened by a receptionist between the front entrance and the upstairs offices were crucial on more than one occasion. People are not happy when you mess with their stuff.

April 18, 201511 yr She was wrong but IMO should not be fired. And yes trying to retrieve a car from a towing place can be a stressful situation. Some towing places think they are trying out for Spike TV. If she is a lawyer or a nurse or an administrative assistant or a teacher or a manager no one would be viewing the video and saying she should be fired from her job. She would just be another angry person.
