He's pretty much averaged 24 and 13 his whole high school career. He's been putting up respectable numbers on the EYBL for 2 summers now. You do more research than anyone here on BGP when it comes to high school basketball players. Do some real research on Carson and then get back to me before you try to play the whole "how good would he be in a real region" angle. That's disrespectful to Mr. Williams. Kid is legit. Kid can play. No one in the state will stop him next year. I don't care what region they are from.

No clue on that one. I believe he is out the rest of the month of April with an injury so we may not hear much on him until July.

I don't have his Travelers numbers but I know he hasn't disappointed on the EYBL circuit. I can't wait to see his senior season.

Averaged 10 ppg, 5 rpg last season in the EYBL ....as a 16U kid playing 17U.

 

For comparison...Drew McDonald averaged 10 ppg, 6 rpg last summer in the EYBL.

They are all good players, but not good enough for U, K. Maybe Louisville.

My opportunity watching Carson play has been a game two years ago and a game last summer in Louisville.

 

What will be his game in college? My limited impression is he is a go hard to the rim kid. Does he have a perimeter game? Can he shoot from the outside like Drew McDonald? Strictly an inside guy?

Legit question: what do you think he averages in the 7th or 11th? I ask because I'm curious. I'll be the first to admit, I haven't seen tons of him.

 

That would depend on a lot of factors. Are you moving Owen Co to the 11th? His numbers would still be very good, but would drop some. Put him on LCA, and his numbers are a little better than Rose's were this season. Put him on Lafayette or Dunbar and they would drop quite a bit, simply because he wouldn't need to score. He'd still have 30 point games, but there would also be games where he would only need to score 12 because there would be enough other top notch kids to share the burden.
