Also I was informed by a local hero/official extraordinaire that this rule is NEVER enforced.

Restrainting lines? If it is that, they are there, that is how wide the white sideline marker is I assume...2 yards. Also, if they are omitted or missing, the referee has no recourse and is instructed to play the game as scheduled.

I can't tell from the pic but I am guessing there are "shadow" lines going through the logo. Also, I am guessing that the yard marker lines do not connect to the sidelines, should be a 4" gap, so the official can clearly see the out of bounds line. I cant imagine those would be done incorrectly.

On both 10 yard lines what is that logo? The Diocese of Covington logo? AWESOME.
