February 17, 201511 yr I've seen The Boss around 18 times. Nobody else more than 4 or 5. You are my hero! I've only been able to see him once.
February 17, 201511 yr I don't really like concerts, and it has to be a real "experience" for me to even go once. I did see Rod Stewart twice, though, and it was an experience each time.
February 17, 201511 yr Metallica-5 Stone Temple Pilots-5 Tool-4 Korn-4 Staind-4 Motley Crue-4 Social Distortion-3 Soundgarden-3 Pantera-3 Rage Against the Machine-2 Bush-2 Old Crow Medicine Show-2 The Eagles-1 (one of, if not the best live performances I've watched) I have watched MANY other bands multiple times. It was nice having connections with Clear Channel when I was an undergraduate student and a few years after. I have been to many concerts/music festivals since.

DLR alone at Annie's once. DLR and SH together one time when they did their "we both hate Eddie Van Halen" tour. :lol2:

Shovels and Rope are on my list. I was flipping channels one night, they were on Austin City Limits, I was blown away. Their from Charleston, one of my favorite cities.

They're playing in Columbus with the Decemberists in the end of May, and then in Louisville at the Forecastle Festival in July. I'll be at their Forecastle show for SURE.
February 17, 201511 yr Jay Z multiple times. My favorite was Virginia Beach in 1999. He noticed that some fans had tickets behind the stage setup, so they couldn't see his face for the majority of the concert. He performed a bunch of freestyles facing them for about 10 minutes. It was awesome!

February 17, 201511 yr Can't count the number of bands I've seen 1-4 times. Pink Floyd 5 times. Springsteen 8 times. Johnny Lang 9 times. Alice Cooper 12 times. Lyle Lovett 14 times. The Dead 15 times. Have no idea how many times I've seen Sundy Best at Redmon's. By the way, they are at the Mercury Ballroom on March 5th. I saw Corey Smith in Louisville at the Mercury Ballroom couple of weeks ago. I've probably seen him 30 or more times. Gonna see him again March 13th in Tampa. Pat Dailey - The Greatest One Man Show in the Country- somewhere around 100. Planning to see him again Feb 28th in Key West.
February 17, 201511 yr I've seen Prince 3 times. He is awesome! Have only had the opportunity to see him once, and I agree. Awesome. Incredible production, incredible music.
February 18, 201511 yr Prince Actually, I saw him 3 times. Was at Bogart's one night and he came in an did an "unannounced" 45-minute set......the place went crazy. :thumb:
