Admittedly, I don't know a ton about what Cantrall and Litkenhouse do to determine their computerized rankings, but what is it that they're not seeing about the New Cath team that the BGP ranksters are seeing to put the Breds at #8? Cantrall has them ranked at #2, and LIT has them ranked #3.

PP92 you just do not like ranking Wayne at all. Surely Cantrall cannot be that far off every week. I think we have played a strong enough schedule to get considered in BGP top 20 but so far we fail to get there.

It's not just PP92 who's putting these together. The BGP "committee" must be seeing things differently than the computers at Cantrall, and for what it's worth, I think the record would generally show that the BGP polls are a more accurate reflection of reality.

Wayne just lost to a 13-9 Scott Co team that no longer has DJ Jenkins. If we are ranking teams on "what have you done for me lately," this poll is as good as you're going to find.

 

I personally think Holmes is better than the teams ranked 18-20 but I'm also biased toward the big 3 NKY teams.

Btw, the top 6 looks very similar to what I had in the 1/27 thread :thumb:

I have no beef with Wayne County at all. It's Wayne County that has a beef with me/Boyle County. And that's fine. It is what it is.

As I always say I have no argument with any rankings. Not smart enough to know any better. Looks like a solid list though.

 

CCH has played 7 of the 19. Lost to 2,5, and 17. Beat 8,10, 19, and 20.

 

Add in some OH powers and you can see why it's fun to go watch CCH. Challenging schedule.
