2015 Superbowl Ads

Featured Replies

Thread to discuss the best and worst of this years Super Bowl Ads.

I understand that Go-Daddy's has already pulled their commercial off air due to petitions from animal rescue supporters. It was pulled before I could see it, so I can't comment, but it was getting very bad feedback from the rescue community.

Go-Daddy's has already posted that they have pulled the commercial and that the dog they used which was acquired from a breeder is now their Chief Companion Officer and is assured a good home. Apparently the commercial was about the on-line sale of a dog which drew the ire of many.

I sent the bud commercial to my wife earlier because they are my favorite commercials. About 10 minutes later I found the Go Daddy ad and busted a gut. I thought it was very clever. I found no offense and I am a big animal supporter.

I found a link to the Go-daddy's commercial that they pulled. Their intention was to poke fun at Budweiser, and I guess I can see why they pulled it....because of the negative feedback....but it's not like they were cruel to the puppy.

People got upset with that? Good Lord people are way too easily offended! I like the Go Daddy spot much better than the Bud one and it ain't even close. Give me funny over syrupy sweet and day!

I always pictured you as being more salty. :lol2:

I'm waiting until the game to watch any of the adds. That way they are new an are actually "Superbowl Adds" not ones you have already seen and the show up on the Superbowl

I'm doing the same Godot. It's hard avoiding the Budweiser one right now, but I'm holding out. I love that the Clydesdales keep making an appearance. Wouldn't be the Super Bowl without them.

Super Bowl ads over the past 10 years have been bad for the most part. You are lucky if you get 2 out of the group that are actually good or funny. This year won't be any different. I already saw the Budweiser one with the puppy that is supposed to make you cry but it was kind of lame if you ask me.

Wasn't a fan of this one. Looked too staged etc. and what they should have done was made this storyline work through about 4 commercials to make it better. Wasn't a fan, seemed to be a re-run of ones already done.

Don't all commercials looked staged?

At $4.5Million per 30 seconds I don't see many novella type commercials on the Superbowl happening.

Bring back the frogs!
