Final per the update thread.

Game tied at 64 & Manual tries to hold it in the final seconds, but turns it over. D.J. Washington gets the ball & gets fouled. He hits 2 FT's with 1.4 seconds left to seal the win.

First loss of the year for Manual.

Great game to watch. Sutton is a helluva player.

I still think Henderson is better than Hopkinsville

Brady Norman led the winners with 24. David Simmons finished with 16 & 8.

Sutton had 40 points & 14 rebounds.

Manual blew it IMO. I'm going to Sutton for potential game winner

Sutton had 40 points & 14 rebounds.

I was thinking he played a pretty decent game.

I was thinking he played a pretty decent game.

Workmanlike.

Other players for Manual must have had a bad game. 1 player scoring 40 of 64 points won't get a lot of wins against good teams.

He had 40 but 12 of them in 55 seconds.

Henderson should have won by 10. They jumped out on them then go to sleep and let manual back in it twice. Norman and Simmons had good games but the glue for Henderson has been Crowley. I've seen a lot of players in this tournament with college offers that are not as good as Henderson s starting five. Colleges better come watch if they want to find un recruited talent.

A good referee is not noticed in the games. Why do all referee's in most games anymore stand out like a sore thumb?? ?

The difference in that game was DJ Washington's ability to break the press. I am a huge fan of Henderson County and all 2nd region teams DJ Washington cant get in foul trouble.

Henderson played better as a unit. They kept finding the open man and hit enough shots to win. Manual had an off night and got beat by a good solid team.
