Final from Walton.

Great job Bearcats!

Congrats to Grant and the Bearcats on the win.

The Bearcats are now 5-4. They have improved alot over the last year. Congratulations to Coach Brannen and the Bearcats. Keep working hard!

This is not a good sign for Highlands.

Walton beat them last year also.

Walton beat them last year also.

Wasn't a good sign then, either.

Walton beat them last year also.

Yea and Highlands beat Walton Verona by 20 two seasons ago......so what.

Strong 2nd half leads Walton past Highlands

After the unthinkable transfer of talent over last few years Walton program again headed in right direction with coach Brannen and Sullivan.

:depressed:PReading about the 79 9th region finals game made my day. Then I saw this.

Birds are struggling. Last few games I been to, I see ball control issues, not many drives toward the basket, lack rebounding, so pretty much need work in all phases of the game. Harris is a player but gets in foul trouble because he is making up for the talent that is lacking. The basketball program is still a few years away from being really good. Listerman is laying good foundation and better days are coming.

Highlands has a really nice freshmen corps. They have 3 or 4 players up playing JVs and the remaining freshmen are 7-0.

I really like the Posey kid who is a freshman playing with the JVs.

Well I've been to all 4 games and have wondered why the Birds have started 0-4.

Now I know. Harris getting in foul trouble trying to make up for the lack of talent of the rest of the team. Got it. Thanks.
