The good coaches don't complain on every call like Scott coaches do. The good ones know when to question and when to let it go. The players have also taken their que from the coaches and it shows on the field. I get working the refs and the Scott coach does not work the refs he questions every call NO MATTER WHAT.

So can I assume you have seen all Scott's games RIGHT. And all of every other teams games RIGHT. Or could it be you just want to comment on something yout know nothing about. So who are the good coaches? And can we assume they coach teams that didn't beat your team. So can we also assume he just wined his team to the final. It couldn't have anything to do with his ability RIGHT. Come on imsays GET REAL...

So it's clear you no have answer. And let me be clear so you don't miss the point. You won't hear me making negative comments about players; coaches; or refs. Let's clear one more thing up the refs had nothing to do with the loss. Bowling Green was the better team there wasn't a weak spot on there team. CONGRATS PURPLES you should be proud of your team.And unlike you imsays I don't need to make excuses. The simple fact Scott got beat by a better team.

I am very proud of theses boys and as the father of one the players I told him I knew it was tough to get that far and not win. But he should be proud of the teams accomplishments and realize you don't always win. I also told him that as tough as it was to hear the better team did win. And if you we're not at the game I recommend watching it on KHSAA. The PURPLES really were exciting to watch.

I was there and saw this play as well. My parents told me growing up that two wrongs never made it right. In this case it was three wrongs. And of course it still wasn't right.

1. The Cooper player was holding the Scott players left leg. WRONG!!!

2. The Scott player in an attempt to free his leg his foot did hit the Cooper players head. WRONG!!

3. The worst wrong of them the AR just stood there and did nothing why because he wasn't watching the play until the end.

 

If the AR was doing his job the CR would have carded both players with a yellow.

 

And to answer other question from earlier this I believe this is the 1st red card this player has had in three years and rarely ever is carded at all.

In this case all three were wrong and I did not call out a player by name nor did I call the AR by name. And it should also be clear I believe both the Scott player as well as the Cooper player were equally guilty. If I were trying to be negative I would have certainly left the Scott player out of my post. So keep looking imsays you will not see a post where I call out players; coaches or refs by name in an attemp to embarrass them especially when I have no 1st hand knowledge and even if I did I still wouldn't it's just not appropriate. At the end of day these are high school students and coaches that don't even make minimum wage when you add the hours they put in.

 

And more thing don't wait for me to look up your post I'm not interested I'll assume there positive you kmow innocent until proven guilty.

No I wasn't Mr. imsays wanted to bring it up I'm assuming in an attempt to somehow show I was making negative comments about players, coaches, and refs I guess.

My son received an email today from a Division 2 Coach. I found the following rather interesting given the "blog" perspective, " I enjoyed watching your game. Your team moves the ball very well and plays an organized system, I can see why you went so far this season. I could also see that your technical skills and understanding of the game are at a very high level". The Coach made no negative comments about the game or Scott's style of play. I think I will take his opinion over most of yours.

Don't want to offend anyone, but that's a pretty standard email/letter from most D2 or D3 coaches.
