I don't really trust the word of someone who starts threatening people's loved ones and the like because they want to interview him and call his stuff inaccurate. There are probably things he's been right about, but I wouldn't be surprised if he's sort of a "rainmaker".

I thought I'd read that they are required to issue a decision in no more than 10 school days. Due to the timing of the hearing, that won't come until January 7th at the latest. And then Jameis has appeals he could exhaust that could push actual punishment further than that, like a couple of months.

If Jameis leads them to a win on January 1, the decision will not come until after January 12. If they lose before then, the decision will come shortly after. I predict that FSU will have either been eliminated or won the national title before any decision will be made. Winston will then declare eligible for the draft because he will not be welcome back to FSU as part of the quiet agreement and all will be great in the world again. Both sides will have gotten what they wanted and FSU will be able to save face.

Last day of finals for this semester is Friday, Dec. 12th.
