Be pretty confusing if Newport and NCC are hosting games at the same time on the same field.

I like Danville to get to the finals based on those matchups.

It looks favorable, but the Prestonsburg game could be tough and if LCA makes the regional final that could be another insane matchup. Then you have the prospect of playing NCC in the semis. Not an easy road, but the chances are better than they would be if Danville was on the other side.

I would not pencil NCC in the semis just yet.

That's actually happens this coming week. Since Newcath and Newport both have home games first round, Newcath well be playing their first round game at Holmes.

Newport really has a chance to make a run in the playoffs. It comes down to playing discipline mistake free football. Turnovers and penalties have killed them at times this year. Sure that up and they have a good shot at going far. Play undisciplined and go home early.

 

They have more weapons than anyone in their region of the bracket. Talent is there.

Newport absolutely has a chance to make a deep run. I would not be surprised if they found themselves playing in the Semi's. But as previously stated, discipline and mistake free football is their best shot.

Didn't Danville just lose to Frankfort? Granted, I don't know the particulars of that game, but that's not a good loss in my estimation.

 

I'll take whoever comes out of the other region to the finals. NewCath, Newport, or Walton. In that order.

NCC gets to the semis and maybe the finals but i cant see them winning it....Desales and CAL are to strong.
