October 19, 201411 yr I got the idea for this from a post by mcpapa in Jim's "Who Thread" So who are the 4 AMERICAN bands that deserve to be on the Mt Rushmore of US Rock Bands?

I don't think Bruce makes a Solo Artist Mt Rushmore either...but that's just me...there is another thread idea for someone.

Bon Jovi Bon Jovi?? This is not a personal favorite Mt Rushmore. I would have not put Eagles, Metallica or Pearl Jam on my list but it's obvious Bon Jovi should not be on that list.

October 19, 201411 yr This is tough to have to settle on just four. The Doors CCR KISS The Beach Boys I'm not saying necessarily that these are my favorite four, and no doubt there's 4 different ones that I could easily have listed in their place, but I just had to settle on something.
October 20, 201411 yr The public would disagree, they are the one's who bought their albums! If there's one thing the general public has proven time and again over the years, it's that the general public has poor taste in music.
