October 15, 201411 yr Wasn't something similar to this threatened by the AG or IRS leading up to the last Presidential Election? Seemed to be warning Pastors not to talk politics in the Pulpit or face losing Tax Exempt status.

Lots of conservative people in Texas and Texans as a whole are a defiant bunch. Someone will do it just because and sit back anticipating getting held in contempt for it.
