FootballBobcat Posted October 6, 2014 Posted October 6, 2014 Great weekend of football coming up. Cannot wait for Friday night lights!
Fear the Nation Posted October 6, 2014 Posted October 6, 2014 Wow, things are going to be sorted out at the top this weekend!
NKY Bandit Posted October 6, 2014 Posted October 6, 2014 SK finally moves up to their correct ranking (IMO). Wouldn't be surprised to see them go up one more next week, based on the outcome of the Manual game.

NKY Bandit Posted October 6, 2014 Posted October 6, 2014 Yeah, and then they'll lose again to Butler in the playoffs. Maybe. Some of use have realistic expectations while others, you perhaps, like to show up to say negative things for no reason.
75center Posted October 6, 2014 Posted October 6, 2014 Bryan Station just not getting any respect despite their very nice schedule. I assume Central Hardin has issues with SOS to keep them towards the bottom?
hrcarrier Posted October 6, 2014 Posted October 6, 2014 Bryan Station just not getting any respect despite their very nice schedule. I assume Central Hardin has issues with SOS to keep them towards the bottom? I agree with you about Bryan Station.
4luvofthegame Posted October 6, 2014 Posted October 6, 2014 Bryan Station just not getting any respect despite their very nice schedule. I assume Central Hardin has issues with SOS to keep them towards the bottom? What was the final score between Bryan Station and Louisville St X?
75center Posted October 6, 2014 Posted October 6, 2014 What was the final score between Bryan Station and Louisville St X? Don't know, think X won by 17-20?
4luvofthegame Posted October 6, 2014 Posted October 6, 2014 Don't know, think X won by 17-20? Thought it was closer than that. If St X did win by that many, I would have a problem moving them up much higher than where they are.

I try not to base a ranking on a single game, particularly the early season games. They've lost to very good teams and have won against good teams. I think they're a team that could cause some top teams problems. I believe they play Scott Co this season so we should know before the playoffs start anyway.
Bluegrasscard Posted October 6, 2014 Posted October 6, 2014 Thought it was closer than that. If St X did win by that many, I would have a problem moving them up much higher than where they are. 28 - 13 was score. Station offense laid an egg in that game. 4 interceptions, one returned for TD; 0-8 on 3rd down conversions 1 - 4 on forth down conversions. Definitely worst game. Henry Clay's loss to Belfry is obviously keeping them back. But the have looked better since that opening game and are least 2nd best in Fayette. If the beat Scott will they break into top 10? If they do does Bryan Station get to stay? Both teams are in Cantrell's 25 - as is Lafayette. LexCath still on the outside but closer after this weekend. Probably the strongest overall showing from Fayette in a while. Definitely a step for the public schools in Fayette. I know its hard to give them credit but they are doing well overall. But over the next 3 weeks they will beat each other up some.
