Cathedral is well coached. They play a tough schedule. Cross is a good running back . T came out 2 nd half and could not establish a running game. C got some breaks. T is banged up. My heart is still pounding.

Fourth staight win for the Rocks after losing their first two. For those who saw the game, What happened (or failed to happen) in the second half? Should that bad performance be a cause for concern? Wlil it derail the steady improvement the Rocks had been making? The quality of play sounded pretty bad on the broadcast.

Congrats on another win.

Miss two (and maybe 3) of the top DBs because of injuries.

 

Plus, Cathedral was good.

Congrats on the win and the "string." Keep it on that upward track. X went wild last night - and with no offense to the Jackets - do not think this is one of their stronger editions. C that is. You can be sure they will be pumped and confident next week.

Trinity seemed to be cruising along then Cathedral finally gets a score, we fumble a punt that leads to another score, they get the onside kick, we get 30 yards in penaltys on one play on D which leads to another score and all of a sudden within minutes it seemed like the score is 24-19, unbelievable how fast it all happened! Then after all of that we have a bad qb center exchange on the shotgun, Young scrambles backwards to retrieve the ball & it bounces right up to him, he turns around and hits a wide open Delvisco in stride down the right sideline for a game deciding TD, it was pretty wild. Any way you slice it it was a great W for the Rocks, they'll learn from their 4th Q miscues last night for sure.

I don't think it was poorly played. There were momentum swings. Young 27 of 28 passing, 323 yds. 4 tds.......Deye 26 yd f g.... Burns 31 and 37 yd td receptions.. Did you notice no Donald Brooks. They had a great game plan for him and kept him from running wild. Both teams get better from this one.

Hopefully everyone thinks it will be close verus our opponent this Friday.

I will be in Arlington, TX watching my oldest grandson play next week. Someone needs to keep me up to date on the X game play.
