If they had failure to appear warrants out for over 6 months? They were charged with possession, yet UC doesn't think these two should be disciplined?

September 23, 201411 yr Three other UC football players — Ey’Shawn McClain, Leviticus Payne and Hosey Williams — were cited for misdemeanors, according to the statement from Tuberville. Payne and McClain — UC cornerback and linebacker respectively — had outstanding warrants for a Feb. 4 drug possession charge. The three will remain on the active football roster and continue playing with the team. My question is……………. why is UC suiting up or providing scholarships to students with outstanding warrants for drug possession?

The cops don't necessarily know where the players are. Many people have warrants, when you encounter the police and they run you, you get busted. It is amazing and alarming though that UC had people on the team, on the field who had outstanding warrants. Then again, most people will think its just UC and move on, which everyone pretty much has.

Maybe the police department should just start googling uc players names with the word "warrants" after their name. Not that hard to find them that way.
September 24, 201411 yr What's going on up there? I know a guy who got beat up after the UC game last week. Things need to calm down in Cincinnati. Even after Bob Thuggins left it's still the University of Convicts
