July 27, 201412 yr No that bout sums it up. But please no more post with bandwagons and "long way to go" and being in the hunt for a wild card (not by you). Extremely absurd. The Reds are 3.5 back in the wild card race (not counting today) with 59 to go. While I'm not putting the 401k on them making the playoffs, it's not over. The pitching is solid. They get Votto or Phillips back, maybe both, who knows? There is a long way to go. If the Reds were 0-162 I would still be on the bandwagon. However, in recognition of your request, perhaps a vehicle change might be in order: What could go wrong??
July 27, 201412 yr Not sure you really went out on a limb there lol 2 is a huge number for this rag tag bunch...
July 27, 201412 yr One report says Rangers/Reds in serious talks about Alex Rios. Will be 34 next year making $13.5M. This is why you just roll with what you have for this year and play for next season without giving up future MLBers.

I would take Rios in a heartbeat, and he probably wouldn't cost very much in terms of prospects. His contract ends this year with a club option for next year.
