A little background on this "Goof" or "Moron" as you call him...

Wow. A high school internship? That's a resume builder. His own lawn mowing business at 12? Please, go to him if you need open heart surgery.

Nah, he's just some loser campus cop who got a job because of his dad.

My biggest issue with Jokers posts is he makes it seem like it should be embarrassing that he is a campus police officer.

I still don't know how anyone could watch that video and support the professor. She acted like an entitled baby, and assaulted a police officer.

Being campus PD is nothing to be ashamed of, but it's not exactly something you go around flexing your muscles with like he did either, well, unless you want to end up like him.

Also, video of the whole encounter isn't even shown.

I'm just making the point that campus PD, even in the world of police officers, doesn't seem to be something that other officers take very seriously unless you are pretty high in the structure.

If you are State PD, in an agency, something like that... different story.

Being on a beat patrol for most campus PD is more like baby-sitting than being an ATF or Narco.

She got a doctorate...guess that means she's allowed to act like an entitled baby and assault police officers.

Your comments about campus police are pretty disrespectful, but not surprising.

He didn't flex his muscle. He asked her to do something, he told her to do something, he then made her do something. That's what police do. Arguing is for the court room, not the street. And there's never an excuse to assault a police officer.

She acted like an entitled baby but unfortunately the college doesn't have the guts to say that.

Tell that to...

Sean Collier MIT PD Shot and Killed by Boston Bombers

James L. Davis Butler PD Shot and Killed outside Hinkle Fieldhouse

Marc U. Kelley Trinity University PD Died searching a burning building

Keith Lawrence USC PD (Targeted because he was a police officer, off duty)

Steven R Medeiros KSU PD Died in a Motorcycle Accident while on Duty

Just a few of the MANY "Baby-Sitters" to die in the Line of Duty as "Baby Sitters"

Being on a beat patrol for most campus PD is more like baby-sitting than being an ATF or Narco.

Tell me more about your experience as a campus police officer.

Not only that, but your experience with every campus police department across the country, since you lumped them all together.

I'm confused.

The campus investigated and found he did not racially profile.

The FBI looked into it and no charges were brought against him.

She plead guilty to resisting.

Why is he being fired but no one questioning her actions?

Wow, I knew you did not like police officers Joker but you are taking it to a new level in this thread. You are coming across as incredibly pompous and arrogant by disparaging someone so "low" as a police officer. Your name on BGP is appropriate...

I'll let JD start with his experience as a lawyer then give mine since him calling me out in the thread kind of got the ball rolling.

My whole point: Ferrin's not a Judge, he's not the Provost of the University, he's not the Police Chief, he doesn't have a seat on the Board of Trustees. They made the decision to get rid of him and/or dismiss his charges. Their decisions are the ones that matter, not ours.

Sorry for stating the obvious in that they are a little more educated than him. Sure, he ran his own lawn service at 12 and did a Mormon mission, but he doesn't run the University, he isn't a Judge, all that-- not even close to being qualified. It's cool, I'm not either, but it's just stating the obvious that this is about more than him and the whole process hasn't seen it his way, now he's the one crying foul.

Awww, thanks. I appreciate it. I try, so glad to amuse you. I'll be here all week.

Where did I call you out, except to point out that you while you were calling the officer childish names you seemed to know little if anything about him.

Or was it when I pointed out that the outgoing Chief was taking a bigger position at the university and not just a video crew guy as you said.

I don't think other were calling you out, just giving a counter to the info you had posted. Same as you do.

Not amusing me at all...more like disgusting me. But its all good. You are entitled to your opinion. I actually have read a lot of your posts in the past as I try to get a lot of viewpoints. The more and more you post though, your true colors are coming out about the police. In my opinion, the colors are not pretty. A lawyer with no respect for cops...shocking...

From what I read the school brought in independent investigators and his termination is a result of that investigation. Sounds like the school didn't like what the independent investigator came up with. As for her, she pled guilty. What else was she supposed to do? Isn't that admitting wrongdoing?

She is still calling for him to be fired.

Why isn't anyone calling for her to be fired?
