Is it safe to say that all the speculation about Rhodes leaving has ended or are people still wondering?

 

Also, does anyone know if Keita is playing with Cordia or if the rumors about a transfer to Ballard are accurate?

 

Also, if Rhodes stays at Cordia, should we expect any more players to transfer in or out of the program?

When did age mean anything in AAU basketball. This would be front page news worthy it they actually told a player he is too old to play on an AAU team reguardless of age.

Looking on this site (Oumar Keita | NBADraft.net) it even says birthday unknown.

 

I hope not but I know when they don't have an actual birth certificate its hard to say how truly old he is.

Agree it is rather meaningless in AAU. Am I still too naive to think it makes a difference in high school, since the school must certify that players are eligible?

The only thing I'm thinking if he is 19 like I heard he should be out of HS and should be playing in college somewhere. If they let him go through HS as a freshman and he is 19, that means he would be 23 when he is a Senior.

 

As far as AAU, you are permitted only so many age exceptions on your team and I'm pretty sure if I said I had a 19 year old on my 15u team that would be a problem.
