Look for Dixie's freshman team to turn some heads this year as the kids from Turkeyfoot move up this year.

Yes he is going to Scott. I have seen the majority of the Woodland championship team at weights for Scott this year. Should be a fun group to watch the next few years

Walton Verona will be having their first ever Freshman team. Not sure about how well they will do as their numbers will be somewhere around 20 to 25. It is nice to see a small school have a Freshman team. In the past they have had some kids not play their Freshman year due to the fact that they did not have a team just for them and did not want to practice against those older kids everyday. Does Holy Cross or any other small schools "A" type schools have Freshman teams?

Almost all the NKY A and AA teams stopped having a Frosh team and now have a Frosh/Soph team. NCC was the last one to give it up as they were 15-20 man squads playing against 50+ player 4A, 5A and 6A teams. Beechwood still has a Frosh team but they can use grade school players to supplement the numbers.
