Let the Windows 95 jokes begin.

He fought to keep a team in Seattle, does he try and move them to Seattle?

2 billion???? Wasn't this franchise just appraised at like 450 million a few weeks ago?

Wow, that is a crap load of money.he could have been the super duper king of doomsday prepping with that much money.

No chance Silver lets him move them to Seattle. Seattle will get a team back in time.

Said in the OP article that he would not, would be detrimental to the value of the team.

When the Sonics were bought the owners said they didn't want to move either then they put events in motion to make it look like the city made mistakes to keep them. Don't be surprised if Ballmer demands his own arena and then moves team to Seattle.

ESPN is also now reporting Ballmer made a bid on the Bucks back in April to move team to Seattle.

Big difference in moving a team from Milwaukee and moving a team from LA.

2 Billion All Cash Offer; WOW.

Makes me think of Randy Moss "Straight Cash Homey"

How much in taxes would they have to pay on a sale for $2 Billion?

About $600M.

Big difference in moving a team from Milwaukee and moving a team from LA.

And I am sure he didn't offer even a 6th of this amount for the Bucks.
