Long Pants, Loose At The Ankle

This is what I go with in softball...

If I'm watching, give me the high socks. If I'm playing, give me the long pants loose at the ankles.

^This.

I prefer stirrups, but high socks looks good too.

Nobody wants to wear these?

Not at all a fan of the new way baseball pants are worn. They look like pajama pants or sweat pants. Too loose. I'm a big fan of traditional/classic high sock.

As a player, whatever makes you comfortable is fine. I voted for the high socks, but seeing the top of the shoe covered (ala Brandon Phillips) is kind of growing on me. Can definitely see why guys who catch or play in the infield might say that wearing them like that keeps dirt out of your cleats.

High socks of loose around the ankles. I think high socks make you look more athletic for some reason.

hate stirrups. Think they look stupid.

1. Stirrups

2. Long, cinched at ankle

3. Long, baggy at ankle

4. High socks = terrible look.

Come on, VOR...I'm usually right with you on your posts. But really, high sock look terrible?

You mean to say you think this looks terrible?
