Fine. Then lets start using the college 3 point line for the Sweet 16. After all if both teams have to use it it shouldn't be that big of a problem.

It wouldn't bother me overly much, but let's not act like painting multiple 3 pt lines is the same as installing multiple goal posts.

It takes Trinity's 2 man crew about 2 hours total to install the temporary goal posts. With the full crew available at a college venue I cant see how it would be a big deal. Most colleges have collapsible posts anyway so they can quickly be taken down. If even 1 championship game is lost because of the narrower posts isn't that 1 to many? I really don't understand the resistance to this.

Your questions are better served for the KHSAA and why they don't or haven't been doing this. Nope and I've been saying they should since the Fairgrounds days. They did paint HS hash marks down on the turf at the Fairgrounds and should at WKU. There is special paint for Field Turf that can be completely removed.

 

As much as anything and everything KHSAA related is complained about on here why is this different? I KNOW that people from the KHSAA do monitor this site so maybe I am addressing it to them through here.
