Disappointing.

Tough assignment out of the gate. Maybe not fired, just reassigned.

I'm trying to be nice. Turning over a new leaf. The old me would say that BP's selfish attitude and approach will continue to rear it's ugly head all season and it's league-wide common knowledge, and the reason he's still in the Reds fold, who desperately need an oncologist to rid them of the cancer that he is.

But I won't say it.

I'm happy to see your new-found restraint.

Trevor has an ernie of infinity. Unlimited. Not many can claim that.

Or a sideways eight.

My suspension as hitting coach is starting to feel like a lifetime ban. I am prepared to resume my rightful position.

If nominated I will run. If elected I will serve.

Did I hear them say that this is the fifth straight Cardinal series win at Cincy?

I think you should resume your post, but just remember, you can put lace on a turd, but it's still a turd. You're working with a leadoff man who is the world greatest base stealer, may as well be the worlds greatest diamond thief, neither can get on. You're 2hole hitter wouldn't move him over regardless because it would hurt his "numbers". Your 3 hole is terrific, unless there's someone in scoring position, then he works on his "eye". Your cleanup hitter is streaky as a windexed windshield in the glaring sun on the equator at high noon. Your 5 hole is a year from AARP eligibility. Your 6hole is your hottest hitter right now, but is 2 weeks away from not being able to touch a pitch on the outside part of the plate with a friggin' boat oar. Your 7 hole has on a pair of floaties to do his very best to stay above the Mendoza water level. Your 8 hole is a coin flip between a parade of backstops who are trying to set the table for what may be your best offensive option,,,,,the staff. They can actually rake.

Good luck.

The Cards have pretty much owned the Reds the past few seasons regardless of venue. The Reds were right there in this series though.

He sure has a lot of holes.

They were absolutely right there. Right there and lost..again ! I for one anyway am sick of hearing all the excuses, especially from the T.V. crew. Then gain, they may have to. I will stay with them of course, been my team since very young. Just tired of hearing all of the "we will get em' next time" crap.

Matt Adams is a dope. He pushed the fan. It was caught on tape. Fess up. The guy reverse Bartman'd him and he was angry. Not a big deal but don't insult our intelligence by saying you didn't push him.

A few immediate changes:

Batting leadoff (except every 5th day), from Arizona State …

Batting Second with 225 million dollars in his bank account

Batting Third president of the C Trent fan club

Batting Fourth Happy Birthday

Batting Fifth he's already made it 3 games without being placed on the DL

Batting Sixth even when he sucks, you gotta love his walkup music

Batting Seventh Paul Janish - light.

Batting Eighth Meso, where the heck are you???

Good idea, but tge 225 million man has already dictated he will not bat second. Its no wonder this team underachieves, their two big payroll guys are as selfish as they come, and their contracts are franchise killers.

Really hard for me to call Phillips selfish when I personally feel like he goes out of his way to interact with the fans more than anyone else on the team.

As for Votto. I'd do the same thing if I was him and won't pretend that I'd do differently.
