IMO, one of these two teams will win it, Scott County or Hoptown

I can see the winner of PRP/CovCath making it to Sunday IF PRP can win without Harris against Bardstown.

Scott Co and Hoptown in top and Wayne Co and PRP from other Side. Finals will be Hoptown vs Wayne Co with Hoptown winning Sweet 16.

I think a 2nd round matchup with Hoptown would be awesome to watch.

I will take Trinity. Any team that beats Ballard with all their talent and two Mr. Basketball candidates is the favorite. They are well coached and control the tempo. Ballard averages around 80 pts per game and they always keep it in the 50-60 point range. They have a 6'10 kid in Spaulding who gets better each game and controls the paint. They beat Ballard with him only scoring 4pts. But he rebounds and blocks shots.

Ballard/Trinity games are an anomaly. Those two teams are fierce rivals on the court and their familiarity with one another factors in to those results. Trinity is and should be a favorite to win it all but I don't feel as strong about Trinity winning it all as I would if it was Ballard representing the 7th.

 

With Ballard not at Rupp there are a good 4-6 teams that could win it and I wouldn't be surprised at all.

Over the last two seasons, Ballard scored over 85 points per game. In the five games against Trinity in that span, the Bruins have averaged 59. Trinity's defense is extremely frustrating for teams that like to get out and run.
