Looks like I got my second choice. My understanding is that if T/X drew each other the game will be played at Bellarmine.

IMO,,,,,,huge mistake to give up home court advantage.

Why would they do that?

It doesn't make sense to me, either. Maybe there is some element of increased revenue involved but that's hard to imagine with the cost of renting Belarmine.

Ballard can mail it in the first two games.

I can't remember the last time a basketball or football game was played at either school's facility. Not saying it definitely hasn't happened recently. But if it has, I don't remember it.

I wouldn't be comfortable mailing it in against Waggener. Not saying they can't, just that it might not be the best of ideas.

I think Trinity may be spent by the time to get to Ballard. I got Ballard taking this one.

The drawn out schedule helps. If the tournament was being played over the course of a few days, I agree, but with the Tuesday, Friday, Tuesday schedule, lots of things open up.

Ballard wins the region. Too many weapons to keep in check. T has the best chance to pull the upset.

If Ballard doesn't win this region it may go down as one of the biggest upsets ever. I know that anyone can be beaten but they have 12-15 kids on that team that look like men and they can all play.

Bellarmine is cheap to rent. They keep concessions.
