As of now, Evansville and Louisville areas are looking at a possible 3" by 7 pm. The Cincinnati/NKY area is looking at around 2". Also the advisory area has been expanded in both time and area coverage. It now includes all of NCentral, NKY, CentralKY and EKY until 3 am on Saturday.

As of now, it looks like that most of the snow will be falling around 5 in NKY. It looks like it wont start snowing in Richmond until later this evening.
February 14, 201412 yr Author This maps shows that parts of CKY, NCKY have a 40% chance of at least 4" of snow. That includes Louisville, Frankfort and Lexington. This was issued earlier this morning.
