February 15, 201412 yr Author Got just a dusting here in Richmond. The problem I see is the ice underneath the dusting of snow.
February 15, 201412 yr Roads are covered just south of Independence in souther Kenton County. Made it home from Richmond just in time. I drove around lastnight and seen cars stuck every where. Also watched a couple wrecks happen.

February 15, 201412 yr Was just thinking, there are different methods of measuring levels of severity of winter storms and road conditions, i.e.- level 1,2,3 snow emergencies. Weather Channel has Storm Con. Etc. I propose that BGP has their own. How about in honor of one of BGP's finest, Randy Parker, we have our Snowsuit-Con Winter Storm Rating System. :lol2:
