February 5, 201412 yr From what I have heard from people very close with the Pike family is Zeke was never told "no." You never hope for a kid to fail but eventually he has to realize that these choices he makes now are going to effect him for longer than just the next few months. These are choices that could change his life for better or for worse.

I preach choices, decisions and consequences but would like to learn more about the facts before passing judgment. There is always two sides to every story.
