The 2014 UK recruiting class is likely the best in school history and as of now, stands as a testament to the incredible energy Mark Stoops has brought to this program. The Cats can take 28 kids and as of now, they have 28 commitments. But they may not be done just yet. A source tells KSR that there is still a chance for a late switch to Kentucky by Seneca High School’s Lloyd Tubman, from his commitment to Penn State. Tubman is a 4 star DE from Seneca, who committed early to James Franklin at Vanderbilt. When Franklin went to Penn State, he switched his commitment there, but a source tells KSR that he may be wavering on the idea of heading to Pennsylvania for college. He was considering a visit to Nebraska this weekend (but cancelled), but told the Courier Journal last week that he was still considering Kentucky.

The Cats would love to have the big guy’s services and I hear that this is becoming a distinct possibility. We shall see as the next 48 hours or so continue. It would be a huge late steal for Mark Stoops and his staff…

Getting Lloyd Tubman would be a GREAT way to cap off the signing class of 2014. Huge. The Spring game is going to be electric with excitement.
