February 3, 201412 yr The halftime Super Bowl sucked!! It was the best SB Halftime show since Paul McCartney Much better than the Beyonce crap and Madonna crap and many others I can think of. It's nice to actually have a real musical artists who is also a great showman. Bruno Mars was awesome last night and the best part of the game.

February 3, 201412 yr I thought it was a good show. He brings back a little of the Motown sound IMO, and a little bit of the James Brown moves with his dance routines. I'd rank it up there with some of the better Super Bowl halftime shows. Talking about MoTown, I bet they are kicking themselves right about now. Motown was the recording company that originally signed Bruno Mars but then dropped him shortly after and he then signed with Atlantic Records and that is when his career took off.
February 3, 201412 yr Absolutely love Bruno Mars! I have been wishing he would tour and wouldn't you know it, he is coming to Cincinnati on a date that I will be out of town. I can't complain too much though; I'll be lying on a beach in St. Maarten. Hope to catch him somewhere else while he's touring.
February 3, 201412 yr Went in ready to hate it and it ended up being one of the more enjoyable aspects of the night. Couple the performance with the fact that during pre-game he said that he got the name Bruno from Bruno Samartino and I am coming around to him a bit!

But, I have heard the majority of what's hit the radio, and can't say that I've ever truly "disliked" any of it. So, to me, going in, I was middle-of-the-road in the expectation department. That being said...that was great performance! The RHCP's, were okay. (No, I'm not a fan of theirs either.) But, Bruno and his band was pure enjoyment.
