NKY could be looking at wind chills in the -30 to -35 range on Wednesday. Most of the rest of our area could see -20 to -25 wind chills at the same time.

January 25, 201412 yr We are having issues tonight with snow drifting due to the wind. I nearly got my car stuck in a snow drift along a main road.

January 25, 201412 yr Be careful y'all. I got caught in a snow drift and almost spun out. It wasn't really even snowing much. Came out of nowhere.

While I don't care for the temps as far as enduring them I thoroughly enjoy much like nWo keeping up with and tracking the weather. I just think it's really cool because it can be so extreme, so untamed and it's one of the few things man hasn't quite mastered yet.

It really does, I just try not to think about swimming pools, golf, my motorcycle or pretty ladies strutting their stuff. I try to think if it's gonna be cold bring the snow!!!!! Honestly if it had been under 30 for 3 weeks without the white stuff on the ground I'd be right there with you guys.
January 25, 201412 yr Just came in from outside a bit ago. If we get any decent amount of snow it will be horrific! Cold! Windy! Yuck!
January 25, 201412 yr There seems to be a lot of dry air, I am guessing this will cut into a lot of snow predictions.
January 25, 201412 yr Officially looking pretty brutal out my window now at 4:15a. I'm guessing the 2-4" is more likely based on the radar loops I'm looking at on the noaa radar site. Although the kids for sled riding would like to see 3-6".
