So what was the score?

CCH was up 5 when it ended. I think it was 32-27.

This is not official but I have a hard time seeing this game been played.

1) CovCath has a ton of games and Tournaments left to play, a lot of local NKAC games to play.

2) If NCC goes deep into the All "A" which I except them to do, my understanding is they will have to drop games, so....

Half time stats in a minute.

Any guess when the game will be?

Other than another gate there's really no reason to re-schedule.

Pretty sure CVH was 2/2 so he's 14 for his last 15.

At the half:

Ruthsatz 12

Schuh 7

Schult 4

VonHandorf 4

Heppler 3

Theobald 2

McDonald 10

T Moeves 8

Weyer 5

Schulte 4

If they don't finish it, that would only add more build up come tourney time.

NCC......13-14--27

CovCath 18-14--32

NCC scoring

23 Moeves 08

33 Schulte 04

34 McDonald 10

44 Weyer 05

Total 27

NCC only played six players in the first half of the game

CovCath scoring

3 VonHandorf 04

11 Schuh 07

21 Theobald 02

22 Ruthsatz 12, 05 assist

24 Heppler, B 03

42 Schult 04

CovCath put 9 players on the floor, of the 11 players on the bench.

CovCath next plays at Louisville Freedom Hall in the Kentucky Vs. Indiana Challenge Vs. Corydon who is also undefeated in Indiana at around 3pm and CovCath Internet Radio will bring the game live to those who can't attend the game.

CovCath

FG% 42.1%

3pt% 50.0%

FT 100.0@

NCC

FG% 40.0%

3pt% 40.0 %

FT% 25.0%

Hats off to both student sections. Fun groups.

I may not get the vision of Christian Stewart dancing out of my head.

That was too funny. He is so Chris Farley and them some. My brother and I were just feet away from him and everyone around us was cracking up. That would be too cool if someone had film of that. He's a true natural comic.

Just confirmed with him tonight that his Dad is my first cousin, making him my first cousin once removed, and his grandpa is my uncle.

It pleases me immensely to see that all that silliness is in our blood. Not completely a surprise either as I've had my nutty moments, but hands down, Christian wears the crown.

If they don't finish it, that would only add more build up come tourney time.

To guarantee they play each other they should petition to play the first game of the regionals. :)

Great atmosphere tonight even if it was only for a half. Would have loved to see a close finish.

Sorry about that backboard this "gym rat" was practicing his "Vanilla Thunder" dunk......

Peter Carlson, is this really you?

I can tell you that Coach Dawn was having the conversation before the game about the floor. It was not a case of "I'm down by 5 so..."

Good call call by Scully and crew to end it. You don't want to see a kid blow out a knee and end his season.

CCH had the AC running today to try to help to no avail.

Just got home from a "gathering" of the NewCath hoops team, and you are 100% correct. Coach Dawn said, the JV players were experiencing the same conditions at their end of the court at the end of their game. All the Varsity players were saying how difficult it was to get any kind of "footing" at that end of the floor. Tanner Moeves said the ball was like a "greased pig" on the "brick" he throw up from the charity stripe.......for those not there, it didn't come close to hitting the rim, and Tanner is "money" from the line.

After they called the game I went to that side of the floor to see just how bad it was..Holy :poop:, let me tell you folks, it's a wonder no one got hurt, it was a skating rink.

Was also told they turned away and estimated 450 people tonight......WOW!!!
