December 30, 201312 yr Author So will Mike Zimmer or Jay Gruden get an interview anywhere? I heard on ESPN radio that Jay Gruden would be a pretty hot name this offseason. Zimmerman wasn't mentioned during any of the coach names being thrown out.
December 30, 201312 yr I heard on ESPN radio that Jay Gruden would be a pretty hot name this offseason. Zimmerman wasn't mentioned during any of the coach names being thrown out. It's Zimmer, not Zimmerman. That's just stupid if that's the way it happens. Gruden has been highly questionable as a coordinator the past couple seasons IMO. Not sure what more Zimmer has to do to get a shot. Guy is a genius on the defensive side of the ball.

Agreed. They should start over, from the GM on down if they're gonna axe the coach.
