Not sure if you would call this a sequel but the TV version of M*A*S*H* was every bit as good, if not better, than the movie!

 

The first couple of years with Trapper and Henry it was a comedy and great. When they left, Alda started writing and it became a drama with some one liners. Not so great.

Are there any "Planet of the Apes" experts out there? I can't say that I am. I do recall seeing the original as a kid, and catching it recently by chance on TV. I was amazed as I found it to be more profound as an adult than I ever did as a child. Not sure that I have the patience to plow through all the sequels, but am intrigued enough to hear if anyone thinks that any of them measure up to the original.

No way Breaking 2 was nearly as good. Without VanDamme's fine dance moves Breaking 2 just doesn't come close.

The Bourne movies were pretty good.

Attack of the Clones was MUCH better than The Phantom Menace! If you judge the Prequels as one set of movies.

 

By that same thought process, syphilis is better than aids, but neither are desirable.
