Kentucky Grade School and AAU Basketball

Good tourney at the KBA over the weekend. A couple of out of state teams were there. Playmakers 3rd/4th combo team won the 4th grade division and the 1st/2nd team made it to the finals of the 2nd grade. Anyone out their familiar with the INDIANA INGOUISA AAU team? They are wanting my son to play with them in a tourney in Columbus Ohio and I'm trying to get a little info. Their coach is Eric Jackson. Any of you folks in Northern Ky heard of them? Thanks for any info.

Never heard of them.:idunno:

Good tourney at the KBA this past weekend, although the competition was a little below normal. Its amazing how the referees up their vary so much from game to game, lol. Absolutely no consistency. Looks like everyone is gearing up for the state tourneys, good luck all.

2nd Grade playmakers are playing in a 3rd grade regional league at Rocky Hollow in Somerset, Ky. Last night they beat Whitley county 33-18 and Clinton county 36-8.

Has anyone North received an invite or heard of the buckeye prep showcase? My son received an invite and I've checked out the website but wondering about the legitimacy of it especially for the younger kids. Thanks.

My sons 2nd grade AAU team played in Louisville this weekend and played a Shelbyville and Louisville(who had won 27 in a row)teams and won 59-8 and 47-6. We are heading to Cincy for a 2nd grade tourney at the end of March. Any 2nd grade teams to be on the lookout for? Thanks for any input.

I know nothing about 2nd grade aau teams in NKy or Cincinnati..I do know the NKy Tarheels have a 2nd grade team and they are usually pretty decent. I believe the Cincy Royals also have a solid 2nd grade team based on their record in the SWO Basketball League.. I have not watched one game at that age this year..

KY Royals 7th Grade are playing up in the SOAS 8th grade Division. They will also play in the Georgetown Stampede this coming weekend among 3-4 other Tourneys before State in April.

I think I watched this bunch play yesterday morning and lose to a team at SOAS that had a ton of size. How many Macke boys are there, just 7th grade and 3rd grade?

Yea, they lost by 3 to the first team and by 6 to the team with incredible size. My stepson came home and was like...when am I going to hit my growth spurt? LOL

2 Macke boys and 2 girls and Piper (girl) is a 5th grader I believe and plays on Tricia's National Runner Up Royals team. That team destroys some boys teams at SOAS.

Any 2nd grade teams to be on the lookout for? Thanks for any input.

This is a joke right?

Who coaches this team?

Tricia was coaching it on Sunday when I saw them.

What happened to all the other boys that were on her team? Looks like there is only one left.
