So in your opinion, after watching that video several times, is he attempting a pass or a shot?

I think he was attempting to fly with balloons.

Oh, good one....

To put it another way, I'm very busy and don't have the time to argue the details of the video. It doesn't matter what kind of pump fake it was, it should not have been a technical foul.

So the league has rules about taunting. Obviously it's there to prevent ugly situations. So most of us agree this in no way was a pump fake. It was a taunt. A taunt is a T.

Call it "preventative."

I agree that it was a taunt, when he took the ball and waved it at his head that's not a pass fake, pump fake or any kind of fake. That belongs on a And1 mix tape not in the NBA. T or not I'm not sure, but if taunt is a T then it's a T just like Clyde said!

Jordan does what he wants. I got no problem with that. Kobe got away with elbow murder for a decade.

I know. It was so awesome, too.

Key words in your post.....Micahel Jordan. Has there ever been a player who has gotten the benefit of the whistle more than MJ? .

Only Kobe.

In a league where guys can pull their jersey over their heads, pound their chests, and jaw like LRCW on a cheeseburger and this is a technical?

More than MJ? Not even close.

You're so sensitive.

You're so sensitive.

If you're going to talk about the second best 2 guard ever at least be factual.

Preventative is also Tony Allen swiping the ball from Stephenson, taking it the other way for a dunk and laughing while Stephenson's earning potential and livelihood is eroded as he's yanked and dressed down by his coach for turning the ball over carelessly.

To me, preventative is addressing a loose cannon like Ron Artest whose went into the stands to swing on fans and concussed Russell Westbrook by "celebrating".

James Harden.

I don't agree it wasn't a pump fake. May not of been a good one. But it was a pump fake. A pump fake doesn't mean shot only.
