I'm for Bowling Green but in the pick 10, I went with Blackman, I looked at their schedule and was impressed. I like BG because they are Kentucky and they are Western Kentucky.

We should pull for all in-state teams, rival or not against out of state opponents.

Against I am a Tennessee high school fan...but follow both states. I lived in Paducah when Tilghman was a powerhouse. I have kept up with ky ever since. This should be a fun game.

Absolutely. I actually pull for X and T quite a bit. I went to a Catholic school for a large majority of my schooling and for one year in college. You could say I am particular to Catholic schools.

 

 

I just don't think y'all are better than my alma mater this year.

It seems to be these threads only pop up when it is a "good" KY team versus an out of state opponent, as if we are elevated if someone views a KY hs team in a better light.

You are a paying member. Feel free to start threads that bring attention to other schools so we can have the opportunity to root for Scott and all other schools when they have out of state opponents. I'd root for Scott just as much as I would root for any team against an out of state opponent.

Not sure alot of the T fans will be for the Purples, I hope they are but I suspect some want BG to get beat to preserve their record. Everyone else is or should be on the Purples train. Well show should the T fans if any arn't

Until proven otherwise, they both are the best. I like BG and I am pulling for them. I don't think we need to turn this into a best in KY thread Fish, what Guru is saying is that we want all KY teams to do well against out of state teams. Just like everyone should be pulling for T against big Moe too. I root for all Kentucky teams against out of state opponents, even Simon Kenton!
