A play came to NCC sidelines and Coach Schneider moved back, fell, and hit his head.

 

I believe he is going to the hospital for treatment. I was told he was alert and talking.

Please keep updates. The man is a legend.

Poor Bob, the guy had to retire from a hit on the sideline, now this. I feel bad, he really wants to stay involved in the NCC program, and it's unfortunate these kind of things happen.

I love the guy, but he is way to old to be standing close to the field for this exact reason. Sending Mr Schneider lots of prayers.

On a side note you can always tell who played for him and who didn't by how they say his name. 99.9% of his former players say Mr. Schneider those who didn't say Coach Schneider. The word Coach doesn't serve justice to the life lessons he worked to teach so many young men. first class man

So coach does not do the man justice but Mr. Does? No one calls me coach so I must give a lot of folks life lessons ?

Dave Schneider NCC Offensive Coordinator, Mr. Schneider's son rode to hospital in the ambulance with him.

It had me thinking. When was the last time there was not a Schneider on NCC sideline?

A couple of people said, it may go back 48 years. All the way to 1965.

Scary situation for 15 minutes.

I heard this sad news during the updates I was getting.
