I don't even know what to do tomorrow. Do the Braves use a bunch of pitchers for small innings or take a chance with Garcia. It's do or die but I really don't know what they should do.

I say just throw out Garcia and hope for 5 innings with 0 runs.

I'd rather have Minor toss game 5 than Medlen.

The Dodgers had discussed doing the same with Kershaw. It's a tough spot for the Braves. Made tougher by the fact that Medlen looked terrible in Game 1. It's funny - the only starter I had no faith in was the only one who has done well.
I hope the Dodgers do throw out Kershaw. Because if for some reason they beat them tomorrow then I'd like our odds a lot better in game 5.

Braves have to get a #1 this off season.....

Braves need a few more hitters who don't strike out all the time too.

Could live with those K's if they were hitting homers like they did in the regular season. What have they hit...1?

One announcer made a good point about Uggla. He's not gonna have a good average and he's gonna strike out a lot...but he's got a chance of hitting it out on any at bat. Johnson doesn't give you a good average and he can't hit it out either.

Yeah I'd take my chances with Uggla over Elliott Johnson.

That's bit their problem at all.

Remember Brandon Beachy and Tim Hudson were both injured.

The Johnson over Uggla thing had me puzzled.

Those guys are good pitchers BUT the way the post season is in baseball you have to have at least 1 guy who is without question a #1.

Braves fans have to be psyched to be trotting out the ancient Freddie Garcia in an elimination game...Isn't he the late Jerry Garcia's grandfather?

Not really confident with any selection they'd choose. Wood pitched last night, Minor can't, Medlen could but I wouldn't, Maholm has sucked plus he was left off the roster.

He at least has playoff experience so that may help.

No way I would have chosen Garcia. I would have saved Wood or used Maholm before using Garcia.

Heck I would have used Hale over Garcia.

Kershaw gets the ball tonight...

Well damn, they went ahead and threw the big dog out there anyway. Braves are on life support now.

Good...

Not what I wanted to see BUT if the Braves can somehow beat them then it's a move that'll backfire on the Dodgers.

Plus Kershaw is on short rest so maybe he'll only be great instead of the super great that he usually is.
